Upgrade Cert Watchdog to discover domain automatically

Description

It would be nice to have a mechanism for Cert Watchdog which would automatically discover domains on the server and add them to his list of controlling domains.

Possible solution: Load /etc/letsencrypt/live folder where you can find all used domain

In the end solved with passing nginx configs or directories where the configs are. It seems to be more versatile and error-prone.
